• Half board plan requires a minimum of 3-night stay and include buffet breakfast and dinner.
• No reduction can be allowed for non taken meals.
• Meals at the poolside restaurant SciuèSciuè will be charged à-la-carte.
• Pets allowed on request at charge, not allowed their entrance at the restaurants, pool area and Spa.
• Rates subject to change without notice

The penalty will be calculated according to the booked daily rate and will be applied as follows:

• For cancellation received 15 days or more prior the arrival date: no penalty
• For cancellation received from 14 to 8 days prior the arrival date: 1 day penalty
• For cancellation received from 7 to 3 days prior the arrival date: 3 days penalty
• For cancellation received from 2 to 0 days prior the arrival date or for no-show: the whole stay will be charged
• For anticipated departure (departure before the fixed date): the whole stay will be charged
• A special cancellation policy applies for suite bookings and stays of more than 7 nights.
